David Tepper, typical American CEO mentality. Make bad decisions, but blame your staff. Pressure everyone to perform immediately, threaten them with their job with negative reenforcement, or just fire them, over and over.

In my opinion, the Panthers should have sent their GM Scott Fitterer out the door with Frank Reich. This is what Scott Fitterer has done since being hired as the Panthers GM in 2021. These moves have all blown up in his face.

Was Bryce Young really Frank's pick tho? Before the season at the combine Josh McCown basically told CJ Stroud that they were coming for him. Then on draft day they pick Young?

Why exactly would we be excited? Headed to the 6th coach (including interim) in as many years, we're still not going to have a 1st Rd pick, offense doesn't fit scheme, defense is injured.. we're not in a win now situation, and as long as we keep firing coaches, we'll continue to be "rebuilding" towards no future...
