Tepper should have hired Steve Wilks in the first place 10 months ago. Wilks, Carolina’s former defensive coordinator, took over a 1-4 Carolina team last year and somehow made it respectable, going 6-6 in the final 12 games. Tepper clearly don’t know how to run a football team and he needs to fire himself seriously be it’s hard watching a team you loved be 1-10 I just watch red-zone every Sunday. Dame shame.

That's not a job for just anybody. He's 5'10...maybe. 190 pounds....maybe. He was considered NFL ready but only people amazed by the backyard ball play style at Alabama believed that. His pre snap reads, progressions, footwork, arm strength/accuracy over 20 air yards all need work. Yes the OL isn't doing him any favors...but again....holding the ball too long, missing wide open receivers trying to target the covered ones isn't helping the OL either. He did that in college too. The level of dysfunction of the Panthers organization is borderline astounding. An excessively meddlesome owner, a head coach stuck with a QB that he originally didn't want to draft, and couldn't gameplan around. I have had season tickets since 2012, have had some good years and bad years, I sold my PSL (seat license) this week. Tepper won’t get another dime from me, I’ll watch from home. I can’t continue to go to games while this circus takes place….. what’s crazy is, I had 2 friends in my section, and they both sold this year also…. The stadium looks so sad on Sunday…..
