Well Abby if you don't want to "waste" those plastic containers, why not use them for non - perishables, like cotton balls, painting supplies, garden stuff, screws extra? That way they aren't a waste of money and you are recycling and repurposing!! Chloe is the cutest. I love small dogs. Out to pee, and then a quick look up the street and straight back inside. She is going to find Chateau life a bit seamless, as she is used to so many stairs already. Although maybe the chateau stairs are less slippery

I love your kitchen! i was talking to you, like you could hear me....when you began to dump the flour from the plastic container to the new glass jar because I did that very thing when the flour clumped up and blasted out all at once all over my counter top and floor! I have to get some of those jars. My pantry is a mess. I really love the feel of your paintings and the colors you use. I started doing some watercolors about a year ago and really enjoy my time with them. I have a degree in art but don’t use my skills as much as I used to. I think time and inspiration keep me from experimenting in Art. I would love to do the retreat you are setting up but alas I’m a bit house poor at the moment. Maybe some time in the future.

Oh how I love the firehouse! Such a beautiful kitchen, (I have the exact same cabinets and even the same pulls) 😅 The marble/granite? Island top is just stunning! You have lovely taste in all you do! When are you leaving for France?? P.S. Chloe, is simply the most precious pup. I grew with a Doxie and a Boston Bull Pup. They are amazingly smart and more personality per pound than any dog I’ve known. The pure devotion level is off the charts 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 P.S.S. The colors in the painting are beautiful! I really love this. Would be nice to decorate a room, just around this painting! Make it stand out and be the focal point 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I found it very relaxing to watch. Of course,it made me want to jump in and help! Haha It may be easier to write on the labels before you stick them on. As for the plastic. I've seen some great uses for non food organization...like under kitchen sinks for soaps, sponges, etc. Donating them would bless someone too. :) Love seeing the pups...your shepherd is a stunner! Cute Miss Chloe , she is gorgeous and so good to hold 0n for a wee wee in the morning, I have 2 British bulldog s Sugar and Patch both are 10 now . Wow the German Shepherd knows his stuff for hunting out Squirrels. I laughed when u spilled the flour lol I would have never videoed that 😂 glass is way better its cleaner and doesnt hold smells . 32 oz Mason jars fit a lot of the smaller quantities and you can buy a dozen at once 🫙 ❤ great job 👏🏻 Awh Chloe 🐶💕

Those tall glass jars are attractive. I use multiple types of flours so I need multiple flour jars. Also, I'm inconsistent in consuming the different flours so I'd have to put an "use by" date on the inside lids. Those jars are great for lentils, rice, beans, kosher salt, pasta, oatmeal, coffee beans loose teas, etc If you don't want to use those plastic lids, you can donate them. Your daughter makes a great point. At least when you start setting up in France, you will know to get large glass containers for your pantry there. You should check out sized and handled scoups so you can into the jars easily and out with the flour, etc. I love your home in Seattle. I have family living in the area with two youngsters who would love your home You could keep in the back of your mind when filming to explain how it is layed out for the crazy possibility that one of the subscribers could spread the word if and when you decide to sell it. I'm looking forward to watching you do your art.

I share your daughter’s concern about plastic. I’ve gone largely to glass and metal containers. I’ve managed to find some really large former pickle glass jars which are great, and even some old sealer jars, the ones with the glass lids. They’re wonderful for nuts and smaller quantities. Good luck! PS: I’m a bit jealous of your terrific pantry!

Yep, going from plastic to glass is healthier, but then how to avoid putting the plastic into the landfill? Maybe those tubs can hold art tools and supplies? IKEA has tall thin canisters that would make better use of your top shelf, and hold spaghetti noodles. And a box of 1 quart mason jars can't be beat for smaller quantities of things like dried fruits, nuts and all that.

I was actually vocal twice while watching. When the flour spilled, I heard myself say, "oh no", and when Nino flew into the tree, there was a "wow" that jumped out. Lol! I don't remember seeing Nino before. He's very handsome. Chloe is too funny. We have a 14 year old husky/boxer mix with lots of issues. Poor girl. Will Nino be going to France at some point, too? I'm glad I have aluminum canisters with glass lids. Loving your new painting! : )

Baxter is a great name! Yes in time I would love to have my paintings hanging in the chateau. It may be a while before I get a studio built though. Plus the time needed! 😊
