I appreciate everyone who restores and keeps these things going. It's nice to think when we are gone future generations will still be able to see them. Thank you!

That's really cool I recently build a model of this tank and I put the extra armor of the turret aswell but left it off the sides. Cool to see it on this tank and I painted it somewhat similar aswell green brown and beige.

Very cool. We knew some modelers would find our Panzer Series. Thankyou for watching!

The explanation on paint and decoration was very interesting. Are we going to see any 'before' or in-process images of the tank?

Glad you enjoyed it. Yes. This is #2 in a 6 part series. The last episode is all about the restoration of this Panzer. You will see plenty of it in Restoration phase. Thanks for watching.

Are you sure the glacis plate was only 20mm thick? That sounds absurdly under armoured. My quick Google search has every source saying this variant had an 80mm glacis plate.

We have not seen Randy for a while, perhaps he misspoke, if he did not. He would be correct in his information.

Glacier plate in most sources is upper so the flat part

Nope, glacis is the sloped front armour, if anything.

It's 20 mm at 72°. Makes it approx. 70 mm strong in perfect conditions and makes a lot of rounds just bounce into the upper hull plate. But I doubt that 85mm and 76mm rounds would be much impressed by that. It's a small tank, after all. If you see it sitting next to late Shermans, Panthers and Tigers, it looks like a toy.
