Goooooord lordy. Going to need to do 2 hours of strength training and 5 hours of cardio after all that food. But... *WORTH IT*
@JR-zc9vq3 жыл бұрын
Eating food really shouldn't be a punishment. You have a daily caloric intake, as long as you balance it out throughout the day (eat lesser later in the day), and incorporate your regular strength training and cardio, you will be perfectly fine. :D Imo try not to view food as bad and eating street junk food should associate with some kind of punishment, it really creates a bad relationship with food. Food is meant to be enjoyed, as long as you moderate it (either by eating lesser or clower caloric meals during the day or next day), go enjoy without any guilt! :D

To get to Happy Road in Oyama: catch Tobu Railway's "Tojo Line" from Ikebukuro Station - it is a 5-minute (3 station) trip. When you get off the train at Oyama Station use the South Exit which puts you directly inside the Happy Road covered shopping strip. Ikebukuro is a very large station in North-Western Tokyo and is on the JR Yamanote line - 4 stations North of Shinjuku and 8 stations West of Ueno, as well as many other lines.

You could get a lot of sense of 'Local Japan' feel by visiting the Neighborhood around a Train Station. Each had its own unique taste. Echigo-Yuzawa feels old, like they haven't updated the place since the late 1980s / early 1990s. While some might say Universal City's City Walk is not Japan. Well, it is Japan, just a bit… um, different. Of course Osaka had a lot of unique Shopping Arcades.
