Japanese Sake Factory Asahi Shuzo. This is how sake made in a Japanese brewery including what ingredients are used. If you’re any kind of sake lover, you already know about their world famous signature Japanese sake brand Kubota dating back to 1830 in Nagaoka Japan, where they were originally founded as Kubotaya. Almost 200 years later, they're still in the same location, now with a total of 170 skillfull workers, crafting the highest quality Japanese sake each day, who’ve all mastered the secret Japanese sake brewing techniques passed down from generation to generation. The entire sake factory sits on about 57,000 square meters of Niigata land consisting of 5 separate buildings all working together to make it all happen. Rice is the main ingredient for making sake. This factory alone uses about 3600 tons of rice a year from fall to spring, with deliveries 2-3 times a week. In fact, the Niigata area produces the highest rice crop yield in all of Japan. It’s commonly said by Japanese sake producers that “’The quality of sake can never exceed the quality of its ingredients.’’ which is probably why the Japanese sake factory grows and cultivates its very own rice in order to craft its unique sake with its signature fragrance and taste.

She told me everything was so disgusting, machines covered in food particles no cleanliness was inside there. She quit the work bcs of that. And Since then we stopped eating their products

This was really neat. I've always been fascinated by automated processes like the bottling. It's crazy to imagine the planning and engineering that goes into those machines. It's also great to see that even with the automation, they don't ignore the need for extensive human interaction with the process. I'm now very thirsty.

Can confirm. Takes a lot of work to plan this. Some projects take over a year from the order intake to the first product being filled. (I'm a project engineer for beverages)

Keep up with the series. I always liked "how it's made" type of shows and yours is good because you make it feel easy to watch and listen too while learning the basics and if you(us viewers) are interested you can search about it and learn more about it. I also like the questions from place to place that are answered by workers. Makes it more entertaining and that way I don't get bored from too big monologues/descriptions. Yours are ok, but other shows/yt videos keep having long monologues that make it boring after a while and you can't pay attention to it.
