***** When their first album came out named hybrid theory. I thought it was god, it was a new element in metal, never heart before. It fitted well. Meteora was a classic too, but session in that album was allready much worse. When minutes of midnight came out i was dissapointed except for given up, that was a good song.I would say since minutes too mindnight they were more rock and laterly became electronic. First 2 albums were killer albums and definitely alternative/new metal.

I don't get the criticism. I've been listening to Papa Roach since 2000 when I first heard Last Resort on the radio. And although they've missed a few hits with some of their albums I personally think this is the best song since Last Resort. It has totally reinvigorated my passion for band. In other words this song fucking rocks, well done PRoach can't wait until FEAR is released and I certainly hope this song relaunches them like Last Resort and Scars did. I suppose many don't like it because the song is more uplifting and about getting over your hardships rather than most of their other songs which is about wallowing in their sadness, personally I vastly prefer uplifting rock than depressing rock.
