Since you can create the succ of a number by adding pi/pi, it's most certain that you will be able to have any natural number with pi already. So with floor and ceiling function, it's just the same. Just add bunch of pi/pi up until you're at the number you want to find !

Yeah, it's obviously just for a different audience that wouldn't understand or care about a lot of the in-depth details. You can watch one of those videos, get the overall idea, and then look it up if you want to actually understand. I'm sure a lot of people have decided to study mathematics as a result of videos like those. Also, just because something isn't "real maths" doesn't mean you need to hate on it. Comedy channels or cooking channels aren't real maths either; it's just stuff people watch for fun.
