Subah ki bhaag daud mein banaein jhatpat banne wala crispy Masala Dosa aur uske saath chana-naariyal ki chutney.
INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
---- सूजी का डोसा ----
सूजी (रवा) - १ कप​
आटा - २ चम्मच​
दही - १ कप​
पानी - १ कप​
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
मीठा सोडा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​ ​
---- डोसा का मसाला ----
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​
चना दाल - १ छोटा चम्मच​
उडद दाल - १ छोटा चम्मच​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ७ पत्ते
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
अदरक पेस्ट - १ छोटा चम्मच​
आलू (मध्यम आकार​) - ३, उबले हुए
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच​
---- चटनी ----
चना दाल - ३ चम्मच​
नारियल (कटा हुआ) - १/४ कप​
सूखी लाल मिर्च - ३, कटी हुई
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
इमली - १ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
अदरक पेस्ट - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​
उडद दाल - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, साबुत​
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ७ पत्ते

---- Suji ka Dosa ----
Semolina - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 2 table spoon
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
---- Aloo ka Masala ----
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Split Chickpeas - 1 tsp
Split Black gram - 1 tsp
Black Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Curry leaf - 5 to 7 leaves
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Ginger - 1 tsp
Potato (medium size) - 3, boiled
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
---- Chutney ----
Split Chickpeas - 3 table spoon
Coconut (chopped) - ¼ cup
Dried Red Chilli - 3, chopped
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Tamarind - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Ginger paste - ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Split Black gram - ½ tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Dried Red Chilli - 1, whole
Curry leaf - 5 to 7 leaves
