Paper Backed Lath Line

This line of machinery is capable of processing pre slit-to-width coils of galvanised steel and pre slit-to-width reels of backing paper into palletised bundled and compacted ‘Aligned’ stacks of 250 paper back lath sheets for manual banding. Non paper backed ‘Aligned’ stacks are also catered for. The speed of the equipment is geared to a maximum throughput of 200 feet per minute all variable by inverter drives particularly for use when the paper backed lath is being produced when the speed may have to be reduced but will not drop below 120 feet per minute.
