Paper Mache Clay Recipe & DIYs

I am of the opinion that during these trying times creativity is something that can keep you sane. So let's learn something new and stay creative. In this video, I have shared Paper Mache Clay Recipe and using this clay I have DIYed Mask that can be used as a fridge magnet or nameplate and a Trinket Tray to hold jewelry, keys & other tiny stuff. All you need for the Paper Mache Clay recipe is a newspaper, cornflour/all-purpose flour, glue and water.

Yes, pop can be used and you can totally skip this step. Just add cornflour, glue, salt, vinegar and paper pulp

Hi Disha...tried the paper mache lamp shade three times...jyst could not make...it jst does not come f theback of the vessel..applied oil also then spread it!

Adding a few drops of oil in Paper Mache and decreasing the quantity of glue will definitely help. To be on safer side you can place a thin plastic sheet on the vessel.

You need to add cornflour/all purpose flour bit by bit and keep kneeding the clay until becomes soft and smooth. Add some oil too so that it doesn't stick on your hands.
