hey Alexis, ideal wind is about 10-17km/h, it is easier to do it on smaller wings... actually I did a tutorial about it and it is probably suggested on this page right now or just look on my channel

Max Martini my breaks arent loose. They are holded by some pulley so i cant keep the wing up when it’s turning... i have no idea how to remove them from the pulley like yours....
