How does this impact accessibility function? Similar to overlays which are inaccessible?

An effect like this would be purely decorative and wouldn’t be picked up by the screen reader. From WCAG2.0: When an image is used for decoration, spacing or other purpose that is not part of the meaningful content in the page then the image has no meaning and should be ignored by assistive technologies

I have been playing with this, but when it is created in a blueprint and then pushed to other courses, it breaks the href. Is there a way to make this stable so it can be shared?
