Thank you so much! I made myself an adjustable pressure spring off of your explanation that i can now reuse and make different springs with only changing 4 parameters.

Wow, really helpful! could you do a follow up video for a conical spring? the emboss feature seems to break when using a taper angle on the center cylinder

you did not say how you "animate" it at the end?

Indeed. Search for "spring motion animate" and you'll find various examples of how it can be done with Fusion 360. It is not an actual spring compression, but spring portions animated with joins. A bit tricky and not really usefully, but funny ;)
