I'll say it once again - it's bloody good to have you back, sir. Loving these short flights and the way you share the 'return to the saddle' stuff. 👍

Really useful to watch your take off and landing, as mine was a calamity at Membury recently. Aborted, wing shot forward dragged along field, scrapped knees! note to self don't let off brakes whilst running. Thanks Paul

I already had a Brew ready Paul. Enjoying the content. The joys of paramotor launching.

Lovely video. Shame Dean couldn't get up. But got lucky all things considered. I'm getting inspired to make more of an effort to get my arse up in the air.

Great job on the launch !! Watching your friends have difficulty plays on the mind. Your second attempt was nice and smooth. Great editing on the video. Motivates me to get back in the air..

That's the same day I was over at Marston getting advice to improve my landings. T/O no problem but my landings were getting bad so I took the opportunity to tap Clive's tuition. Next outings landing on the Friday was the worst of the lot but at least I knew what I did wrong. Grounded due to the Commonwealth games Notam atm, that's apart from the wind.

"paramotors as combine harvester, do they work?" would be a headline for next video! :D

If you wait for the gust to launch, you'll get dumped. Launch when it's calm and think of it like nill-wind, then you'll get picked up as the next cycle comes through.

Nice to see you back. How is the Bailey? Anything new in the world of 4 strokes?
@PARANOOB2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! It still ticks away without me worrying about it. Only had to change the fuel that had sat in the tank for too long. No idea about the world of 4 strokes..

Wicked video wish I could have been there or saying that the amount of fails by experienced pilots don’t think I would of had a chance on a short runway with a trike. see you soon 👍🏻

aMazing. Goosebumps, getting whacked in the face, spot landing (50 extra points for nailing the windsock) and dropping like a sack of %@#$. All in a day's fun. ~8^)

how high can you fly in england?
@PARANOOB2 жыл бұрын
I think it's 19500ft, above that is Class D controlled airspace. My friend did 21,700ft (with permission). I don't think he'd do it again though! 😄

@@PARANOOB cheers :) what's the highest you have been so far?

I think just over 5k.. had to transit an airport on a charity flight. I'm more a 1-1.5k guy.
@turkeyphant2 жыл бұрын
@@PARANOOB It's not 19500 ft, it's FL195 (important difference) and it's Class C not class D :)

Haha, OK . Never been too fussed with technicalities.. for me, paramotoring is like going out on my bike. I just go for a good time and hope I don't run out of fuel.

"You should never have failed launches, only aborted launches." Or something like that is what my instructor said.
