In the case of dark spiritual interference, the instinct as a mother that she would normally have would be hidden and kept down by the entity. She would have to know what to do and how to protect herself from being influenced in order to keep the power at bay.

my thoughts exactly. she thought more about those stupid masks then she did her son, and still kept them. as a mum myself if anything like that happened to any of my kids I would have no hesitation in getting rid of what was causing the problem. her on the other hand well... let's just say she's not good at putting her son before her own needs/wants. x

If my child was terrified of something that was in my house and the only way for him to be comfortable with it was to get rid of it, I would in a heartbeart. Even if I was obsessed. Those were not needed in life. She was so selfish to keep them, just Because she liked them. Her son being comfortable in their home should've been her first priority!

Any parent nos their child nos different between child making up story's or their child afraid . I know when I built my new house in 2009 my son which was about 12 at the time came running up the stairs about 12:00 asking who shaking he's bed he thought it was he's younger brother messing with him until he seen them was all sleep in living room upstairs . So all my boys slept in living room for first 4 yrs together Bec they afraid sleep down stairs they had own rooms . I never ? Them I let them sleep upstairs until they wanted sleep down stairs . First 5 yrs after building house you could hear foot steps walking upstairs ,back door shutting no one be home but me . One day me my 4 yr old daughter came home she stop at door said who in window I didn't see anyone ..she refused to go in house until I went in showed her no one was in their . You can tell that she seen something . Went on for 5 yr then just stopped now you don't hear foot steps no more or back door shutting . So these things really do happen my dog would always sleep under my bed when we leave he's first one out the door freaked out if you left him alone in home . He stand by me when I go to basement to do laundry until I done .

When I was younger.. the only people who knew I could hear, sense spirits was my mom... I was scared to tell anybody. I didn't want people to think I was crazy. I would block them out for the longest time.. I found out quickly, spirits didn't like to be ignored. Some how they know when you can sense & hear them. I did eventually tell my friend only because when I was at her house one day, I was supposed to be spending the night. I kept hearing and sensing this little old lady calling for her.. she did it over and over and over.. no matter how hard I tried to ignore her. She just kept on calling her name.. I finally had to tell her outloud she's not here. She went to the store. That didn't stop her. She just kept getting louder. When I started getting a little scared and wanted to leave. I couldn't take the stairs. I felt like she was about to push me down the stairs. I felt her behind me. I was so relieved when my friend finally came back. But I absolutely did NOT spend the night or stepped foot inside of her apartment again. I did tell her what happened.. she said it was her grandmother, who hated her when she was alive and she carried that hatred for her in death. It explained why I felt so threatened. I feel lucky my mom did believe me.. she said women in our family are able to sense, feel and communicate with the dead. I feel so bad for Markie. I don't know what I would've done if my parent's didn't believe me

I am an Australian koori and we get visitors from all over the world returning simple rocks from Uluru, and I personally don't practice old rituals many of our ancestors did,and some elders still do but many people who take certain things end up having bad luck so people shouldn't involve themselves in genuine masks or certain things that we don't understand, but you can buy copies and no problem, but if those masks were genuine they would probably have either been taken without consent and they could have bought copies.

I love these shows. When I was 6 years of age I was attacked by a demon or demons living in the childrens shelter in California. It was on a Wednesday night when I was reading FROGGY GOES TO SCHOOL And eating nacho flavored frito chips. I rub my midsection in the bed as it itched and next thing I know my bed is being tossed up and down side to side like bombs were going off underneath. Simultaneously a lion was roaring from underneath my bed. It was soo loud! I grabbed my bed for dear life. At the same time i closed my eyes hoping it would go away but instead of seeing black like we all do when we close our eyes i was engulfed in swirling fire. I quickly open my eyes bed still shaking lion still roaring. Then it stopped. I look to my right at the door laying on my stomach and I was soo drained i fell asleep within 3 seconds after. I woke up the next morning and told a counselor there was a lion underneath my bed last nite. He lifted up the matresses as they were stacked. Nothing was there. 3 years later im in my first foster home in East Palo Alto in California when the family put on this controversial movie. For some odd reason they all left one by one. I stayed. That movie changed my life to love God forever. That movie was The Excorcist..

Ong yes my ex gf was a movie fanatic. I was the young, naive, scardy cat. So me, her and her friend decide to watch the exorcist 😅 more like I was held down and they made me watch the movie. My gf and her friend never did that again 😂 I kept calling her house and 3 am saying somethings coming down my stairs. I could feel it, hear it, but didn’t see anything scary yet in that house. When I was younger a ghost washed my hair in the bathtub. I had my eyes closed, and heard humming and felt something washing my hair. I later thanked my mom as I assumed it was her. But no one was home, and she swore it wasn’t her. Freaked her out. Checked the house, the windows, the doors all locked. So she looked up the history of the house we lived in. It used to be a ballet studio for kids. There was a mirror and the pole ballerinas use in the dining room area. Apparently the lady that taught it, died in the house. But apparently she liked kids. ☺️

True lwa and Orishas like Ògún can be very forceful, there's no reason they'd want much to do with her unless she disrespected them. There's a lot of nonsense in this show. The importance is respect and transactions between spirits and the living. An uninitiated person (a person who has not been initiated into Voodoo/Vodun/Vodou and has taken full rites including receiving your Hand and knowing who rules your head) should never attempt contact with lwa or Orishas. My family was like that--a bit skeptical. But I've experienced so much paranormal activity myself that I believe my daughter when she says she's seen something. She's 3 and already telling me about things that I can't/don't see but I believe her. So far, nothing scary has happened so I'm very casual about it. The TV turned itself on the other night and I said to whatever it was: "if you want to watch TV, you're going to have to wait until tomorrow. We're all going to bed now." The TV went off.

Voodoo is pretty old... But, I wouldn't say it's nearly the oldest religion in the world. I'd say majority of the world, myself included would agree that Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world, still in complete practice and complete with ancient Indian Sanskrit texts dating back millennia. Older than Norse, Greek and Roman gods and religions... By all means, I'm not putting Voodoo down at all..... But, Vodouists usually regard themselves as Roman Catholics, (which her name being 'Bloody Mary' proves my point of Roman Catholicism as that was for Queen Mary I). In Haiti, Vodouists have also practiced Mormonism and Freemasonry, while abroad they have involved themselves in Santería and modern Paganism. Hinduism has been around thousands of years before any form of Christianity, Let alone Roman Catholicism... Many of the worlds ancient religions pre-date Christianity, all of the religions in India individually, except Islam, pre-dates Christianity.

What is it with women and men I guess, that get items, like masks(creepy) furniture, certain decorative pieces that they love, I had a gf that when I went to her parents house, she said to me, look at this dining room table, when my parents die I'll get the table, right then I knew I didn't like her, but she was very beautiful and my brain didn't notice the giant red flag. Final account. At last some people who know how to help spirits move onto the hereafter. I've been seeing spirits since childhood & now use this gifting free of charge to do the same! So many people jump to the conclusion that every paranormal experience is demonic. No! 99.5% are simply human spirits who had a traumatic death, no justice, fear of judgement & guilt. Actually, no gifting is needed. Just a conversation. They might have enough energy (usually fed by fear) to move thing, knock etc. But, they're only saying " I'm here, help me"

Parents have to start believing children when they’re trying to express themselves about the paranormal. My mom passed away when my first child was only months old. She kept an “eye” on both children while they grew up and woke me up from a dead sleep when the older one had a febrile seizure. I heard a very loud Mama which woke me up to check on him. Since he was already seizing the doctor told me afterwards he absolutely could not said that callout. I know what I heard, and I know my Mothers voice and her familiar scent. Parents give your children the benefit of a doubt.

But someone tell my WHY in the world would the producers choose a randome YT woman who is a self proclaimed VOODOO priestess as a subject matter expert. That is an insult to every Hatian person. If you know ANYTHING about VooDoo you know your power comes from your ancestors. Which ancestors does this person think is giving her power?

She immediately jumps to blaming her child rather than take accountability, doesn't even tell her husband she loves him when he leaves, knowing he has been in a car incident and will be gone for months for work and you expect her to have reason or logic when she is clearly entitled and delusional? She knew it was the masks threatening her and her child but she put her attachment to those masks first and her family second because "they made her feel good" which, I guess, her family doesn't? As long as she "feels good" no need to rock the boat. I hope that lady saw a therapist for her detached emotional state because I think buying the masks was only a symptom of a larger problem with her. I'm not a therapist so I could very well be wrong about her mental state but if my kid said that my recent purchase from amazon slapped him in the face, I'm setting the thing on fire.

Because first off, most people on Earth arent softass snowflakes that take offense at every little mis-percieved slight. Secondly, how do you know she doesnt have ancestors that practiced Voodoo? Oh because she has white skin? Pretty racist really to just go assuming that she couldnt have any black or Haitian ancestors simply because she has white skin. My friend Eugene I grew up with is one of the blackest people you could ever meet, skin color wise. You would NEVER know that his biological mother is fully white and his bio-father as black as Eugene. Further, Haitians themselves werent always Haitian, so its a logical fallacy to assume that ONLY them could have the ability to practice VooDoo., especially since the VooDoo that is practiced in New Orleans is a religion that is composed of many differing religious beliefs coming from the mixing of beliefs from many differing African tribes, Haitians and others during the Slavery period.
