My late fiance always said when he retired from the military, he'd volunteer to sit on top of the school building for safety. My late fiance was a Marine Sniper. However, he was lost and that thought never materialized.

My heart extends so much love to this man, and to all the families who have gone through such horrific pain and anguish of losing their little babies (only in their teens, to them they were their babies), and not being protected by security and officers that were meant to be there for the purpose and protecting those children, I am so glad that he is turning his pain into advocacy each day more and more because his heart deserves to feel healing each and every given day just like each and every other family member, who lost their baby or spouse or or a loved one. Every time I drive by the school my heart shatters. I pray for kindness each and every day, and I know that not everyone is able to provide kindness this world is so fragile.
