I think your parents are very brave to come out and speak about this. And it's clear that they love their daughter more than anything else in the world. It's not easy to be a parent especially to a child undergoing mental issues. It's a constant battle between trying to help them while trying to maintain that delicate balance so that they don't shut you out or push you away. Because if they do that, there is no way you can help them.

As someone who recently started therapy, do it, it's scary but it'll get better. Tell your parents you're helping a friend out or somethin but don't ignore your need!

Amazing and such an open conversation between the family. As Rakesh said, communication is the key and it really relieves all mental pressure. Surely there will be solution and you can sleep well end of the day. Such a great fighter all of you dealing every situation and so happy to see you together. Ajji is the best .
