I have heard a lot of impact statements from a parent, but this Father's impact statement was extraordinary and powerful! I couldn't hold it together and feel i would want to tear this kid a new one. I couldn't even find the words to even speak in a courthouse. It's just awful what this country has come to.

I pray that these famies find some comfort that there are many people praying for them. When is the violence going to end? Why do we have to fear going to school, the supermarket, the theater? Until lawmakers start listening to reason and doing something about maniacs getting guns, we are all at risk to suffer what these families are going thru. Enough!!!!

I greve for those parents and siblings who have had a brother a sister a child killed by the hands of another human who is definitely suffering from mental illness. Like a soldier returning from war we as compassionate people can only pray that the wounds heal in time 🙏

It make’s me mad this punk is looking down and can’t face anyone. Look at that big kid, he was probably bigger then most kid’s in the school. Goes the same for the parent’s of disgusting bully’s, you know when your entitled kid’s are abusing kid’s they think are beneath them. It goes both way’s. Grow up you parent’s and do your job. It’s not an excuse but I be those kid’s tortured him the whole time he was in school. Teach your children to be better and not pick on kid’s that have less then you.

How hard is it to simply "do no harm?" If a person has anger , perhaps they have a perfectly good reason to be. Nothing wrong in that. But if you cross over to taking your anger out on others, you are no longer in the right. You are not entitled to cause pain , violence , to others. Isn't life hard enough without going on to spread further pain ? Even If you have had pain or trauma in your life , you are not entitled to harm anyone. Period.

He definitely had a mental illness ... But his parents did not do anything to help him. He was neglected and emotionally abused and they effing bought him a gun. So so so so glad the parents are on trial. Their actions actually worsened this crazy child. So glad they will be punished to the fullest extent. Hopefully

My heart breaks for these families... these young children that are struggling to get past all this. Unfortunately.... Time is just a word. The Heart is what they have to struggle with every day... every year without their loved one. The Memory & Heart has to fight mentally & emotionally of what they experienced & will have to continue to experience without the loved one... or just the PTSD. Healing is not as easy for those who have literally experienced the horrific day. ***THERE ARE IMPORTANT PEOPLE WHO SHOULD WATCH THESE VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENTS... THE PEOPLE WHO VOTED AGAINST STRICT GUN CONTROL LAWS IN THE HOUSE OF REP... BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE THEIR GUNS TAKEN AWAY* Yet, I have a strong feeling... what these parents & children have gone through those in the House of Rep. wouldn't give two hoots about their pain or fears that they are facing daily. Why.... because they don't want to lose their financial backing of the company that makes these guns. The Children are in a war zone.... a War against Adults with Greedy Power... Who refuses to pass anything to protect our children's lives. Yet... they still get voted into office, because they have the financial backing of those who make & arm these sick ... demented people with these guns & REFUSE to PASS STRICT NATIONWIDE GUN LAWS!!! My heart goes out to these families.. and the children that may find light again.

Makes me so mad the shooters first name is my late son’s middle name. Knowing what it’s like to bury a child my heart breaks for the families of the victims. The shooter is forgotten. Such a trash family.

Not trying to be insensitive at all idk alot about this case yet but it sounds like he was searching for certain people ina way and my only thing is like the parents of the victims always say they’re kids are good people but like i don’t think a kid executes another kid without having like a actual reason thats just so many extra steps such a big gesture if that makes sense was this kid bullied?

The Elite Ruling Class doesn't want the public to realize that this mass killing crisis is a uniquely American phenomenon that has clearly risen to the level of a National Emergency at this point. The Ruling Class doesn't want society connecting the dots between the Dickensian economy we've built (which routinely crashes to the ground every 7 years) and the clear, direct, and common sense outgrowth of civil violence that always inevitably manifests sequentially. The first mass shooting was right when Reaganomics first started- just 12 years into Reaganomics - we had the 1984 McDonald's Massacer. Ever since the middle class has disappeared entirely. Most Americans are now realizing that the social contract and so called "merit based system" their parents relied on DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE. And due to the resulting widespread indigence and lethal nature of the Austerity policies in place - there is nothing left but larger & larger systemic cracks for more and more Labor Scammed Americans to fall through. NOT to mention more than 6,000 mental health shortage areas across the US and priced out copay offerrings everywhere else. All combined with a gun first culture and no genuine way for merits to get you ahead; we now see the end result of economic policy induced civil unrest and the outgrowth of an ever increasing rate of Mass Casualty events - out of pure desperation - loss - and literally nothing left to lose. We now have TWELVE Mass casualty events a week. No other nation on earth has a mass shooting rate problem this bad. No other developed nation on planet earth even comes close to a systemic failure of this magnitude & profundity. YET STILL...half of all gun deaths are suicides - despite 12 mass shootings a week. Now THAT statistic really says it all. Despite 12 mass killings a week from guns - the majority of gun deaths are STILL suicides to escape the absolute nightmare hell that is modern American Capitalism. It's literally not survivable for anyone anymore. Ask yourself WHY the news only covers a handful of mass shootings a week and not the whole average 12??? It's because they know its their own status quo fueling all of this. It's because they know its their own arrangement of predatory unregulated Capitalism that's causing all this dysfunctionand civil rot. They want to reframe it all as "individual crisis incidents" instead. They want to blame "personal responsibility" exclusively instead - when it is so clearly a systemically intersectional issue. You see, what they want to hide from you is that HISTORY IS REPEATING ITSELF. ITS ALL HAPPENING THE EXACT SAME WAY AGAIN! The Molly Maguire chapters, the Pullman Strikes, the Big Bill Haywood incident, the violent outcomes of the Homestead Strikes, the Colorado Labor Wars, the LA Times bombings, the Freedom Fighters from the "SECRET Minor's Society." YUP! Thats right! During the last decades of the 1800s - the street war between oppressed poverty workers, Labor Scammed Americans, and Capitalist salary police - manifested in ruthless and brutal gorilla warfare. AND YES! Back then all the violence was ALSO punctuated with dissaffected youths, politcally motivated poverty cases, alpha male hate groups, and racially motivated extemism. ALL these same exact societal substrates we are seeing now manifested just the same back then too. None of this is new at all. The ONLY difference (as far as I can tell) is the "unified banner." Its not happening under a unified banner like it did back then centuries ago - under an organized apparatus and unified banner of labor coalition. Instead, we've built a cruel immotive and indifferent society of individualism, self-isolation, smart phones, and economic competition - instead of worker solidarity and communal values. So we are instead seeing it happpen in isolated individual mass casualty events - events that will continue rising at an ever increasing rate until open Civil War begins. Its all exactly the same. A failed corrupt plutocracy State becoming the root cause of the civil unrest itself with the gavel in it's right hand - and sending their paid occupying force employees off to die confronting said outgrowth with the gavel in its left hand. I wonder if Police themselves will ever figure out their own employers own the very crisis bullets they as officers are underpaid to be throwing themselves in front of. Do they ever figure out the insane IRONY of their employment contract as they run head first into these zero sum firefights?? I think about that all the time. This is only going to get worse and worse. And our gaslit society (and the police themselves) will continue covering up the mirror reflection of it all - asking themselves "WHY" and charging head first into this kind of danger without even realizing the increasing rate is directly caused by socio-economic policies put in place by the same people they are enforcing the law for - and dying for - in the first place. And they will "rationalize away" and call these types of killings "sensless" and "random crazies" right up until the bitter end - never figuring out they are a (albeit unwitting) primary vehicle of the problem itself. END STAGE CAPITALISM 12 MASS SHOOTINGS A WEEK. UNIQUELY AMERICAN CRISIS "One who is in poverty I look on not as a criminal in themselves so much as a victim of a crime for which other are responsible. If one chooses to be poor they commit no crime in being poor. It's certainly a crime to force poverty on others. And it seems to me clear that the great majority of those who suffer poverty are poor not from their own particular faults, but because of conditions imposed on them by Society at large. Therefore, I hold that Poverty is a Crime. Not an individual crime. But a Social crime; a crime for which we all are responsible. There is no natural reason why we should not all be rich - not in the sense of having more than eachother - but in the sense of ALL having enough to completely satisfy all physcial needs. Of ALL having enough to get such an easy living that we could develope the better part of humanity - the better part of ourselves. There is enough, and to spare! The trouble is that in this mad struggle we trample in the mire what has been provided in sufficiency for us ALL. Trample it in the mire while we tear and rend eachother!" - Henry George ♥️ You see? Henry George wrote about the solution to today's Mass Shooter Crisis over 100 years ago!!!!

This kid needed help, friends! Parents seemed to leave him alone to much! School maybe no one cared to be friends him. I feel this is why school shooting happen.. now in days bullying is hard and on daily bases on kids! Being an only child and not well mentally! It was a time bomb. We as Parents needs to be more aware this world is not like before.. RIP to those young lives.. and to those parents there is no words to help with there pain..
