Parents speak on first day of school with Nampa School District's new bus routes

Several parents are upset after the first day of school with the Nampa School District's new bus company. The district says with changes come some kinks.

Here in Seattle we no longer have First Student but Zum is what we have now. Much better than First Student.

My son waspit on the wrong bus today because the school used a old address rather then the one i just registered him with and he is only 5 ..it took them over an hour to verify he was indeed on the wrong bus still ad wasnt dropped of at some.random spot..but nobody seemed the least bit concerned that i had a missing child vefore they finally got.confirmation from the bus co (1st student) that he was accounted for..the bus driver that shouldve had my son on her bus was letting little ones off her bus without any adults there so they r not following protocol..and they are not double and triple.checki g to make sure kids get on the right bus
