Sometimes, it isn't even the parents' fault that their child becomes exposed to things when they're not around. Sometimes, it's the result of one of their friends having poor parenting or a relative doing something stupid. As much as parents probably want to, they can't always control all the variables. All these complaints about sexual predators finding children through a game. When this is a risk for all social media, we should be teaching children red flags to help them stay away from these people in general, not blocking a specific outlet for the crime. There’s nothing really wrong with the game. It does what it should by offering the option to block the chat and censoring words that are unsuitable for younger players. Rule breakers are also easily reported and action is taken rather quickly, or at least it was when I played it years ago. The problem lies with other players, and even then, the problem can be addressed quickly.
