Ahhhh they will be best friends for life. I love that. I still have friends from Highschool and University and I cherish my friends. Their place was super cute and by the way, when she was showing her walkin closet and said it was messy. Uhm, NO it was not messy. I would like to see what clean is.

If you ever find a disused/ex fire place in any property you rent or buy, you can make it 'functional' again. How? Here in the UK, it's common to find disused fire places in flats and houses. What people do is buy an electric fire heater, one that mimics a real fire in the front of it, and place it into the opening of the disused fire place. I've seen people do so and while it's obvious that it isn't a real fire in the fire place, it looks just as good and of course it's, warm too. Great for heating and decor. Look online for ideas. But great flat/apartment tour. Guess if you share costs, renting in Paris might be cheaper...might.
