Thanks I appreciate that. I’ve learned from living here 9 years that there are many versions of Paris, and most visitors naturally only have enough time to experience the highlights. I’m fortunate enough to be able to explore further and I love to present a more well-rounded view of this magical city. Only second tour with you Corey and it was delightful. Only when I saw the Hotel Beaumarchais did I realise I had visited this secret hidden garden about 7 years ago. I went there especially to see the Catherine Deneuve rose! Thanks for the wonderful scoot around Plisson. It's a chefs dream - my favourite Brie de Meaux its waiting for me - I went to Meaux on the RER to get some once!That zucchini is what we call a Gem Squash and stuffed is definitely divine.

I came across this awhile ago when they had mature roses in full bloom and it looks like they've been replaced. As you can see they have structures specifically to guide the growth. It's very spectacular when the roses are fully grown and in bloom.
