Just want to clarify that I watched the video, the man wasn't just holding the gun he came out and chambered a round in the gun, when he turned around he was going to shoot himself. Granted even if someone is in this situation doesn't give any cop the right to shoot someone in the back, now what does piss me off, is the way the offenders (officers) acting aggressive to a person who is injured, let alone they didn't even try to help him at all, that's what pisses me off to no end. I believe the offenders (officers) need to be held accountable for their actions.

My sister just got done with a trial. The police shot a man on a WELFARE check in the side when asked if he had a gun he turned and pointed to it. They already had weapons drawn and shot him through a screen door 5 times. They shot 9 times. He lived. He was charged with attempted murder of a police officer. The body cam clearly shows the the true story. The disturbing thing is that 9 out of 12 jurors tried to convict this man. My sister was harrassed, ridiculed and they attempted to remove her from the jury. This happened in Montana for GODS sake. What happened to our Vigilante roots? We hang corrupt cops and politicians!

We could talk about that for days lol. However at this time a lot of officers do not respect the people's rights but most in my state honestly do not saying we don't have some bad ones because we do. You can't take weapons away from the cops. They need to defend themselves or others at time. The people they hire to be police officers should have an IQ of more than 110. They need to have at least 2 years of law enforcement training along with constitutional laws. They need to be screened, psychological evaluations. They can't be so trigger happy. I was a long time wearer of fixed blade knives (daggers). I would get the "what is that?", or "is that real?" or "Is that legal?" Answer- Double Shadow or whatever brand of double edged slicer I'd gotten that year. There is so much more to this story than what you are portraying David. the guy had escalated things before, he was mentally unstable and highly intoxicated, the cops had no way of knowing if there were more people in the house that would have become targets, he did not comply and drop the weapon.
