This is the best of being completely comfortable in your self to not to go overboard on hair ,makeup and wardrobe. Its been my looks all my life .😊 You definitely get pushback simply because this look doesn't need a huge amount of clothing, accessories, hair products or cosmetics , so for those wanting to sell you something new ( influencers ) they hate it.

I loved all of the outfits, particularly the brown silk dress and the t shirt and skirt. The outfits can be adapted to allow for age and height/size. I'm 5 ft 4 and 53 years old and would go slightly less oversize with the skirt and t shirt and would throw a blazer over the slip dress. ❤

I love that I’m seeing older women wear these beautiful dresses and skirts made of silk with vintage rock t shirts and slouchy sweaters. Looks beautiful. My only very small critique is that over 20 I wouldn’t wear anything with a little flower embellishment like shown on the tank. There’s a way to pull that off in a more sophisticated way…but that’s just me! I think women of any and every age look fantastic in a well cut white t shirt and jeans that fit at the waist. I love wide legs! They look great on most ppl. It’s hard for me to find stuff being petite it’s easy to get swallowed up in clothes

Actually, she looked like she was in her 30’s, but that’s not important. It’s not age, but to give you an idea of fabrics, colors, and silhouettes. I’m in my 50’s, not thin, and I found inspiration. Wearing tennis shoes and flats, are things I’ve always done.

When I went to France and Italy (including Paris, Florence and Rome) last month, I saw many chic and stylish local middle aged women AND men of various builds. Regardless of their shapes and sizes, they all looked SO good. Yes, even the older Italian uncles that look like Super Mario or Luigi, ended up giving “Godfather” retired mob boss vibes when they clean up well 😂 And the women… still spicy. It’s all about the cut, fit and fabric of the clothes. And also your walking gait and mannerisms. Avoid frumpy/sloppy clothes, it makes a huge difference.

How does she do it...comfortable outfits, and yet very stylish. It helps that she is slim and tall. I can't stand tight clothing any more. I wish I was courages enough to go braless - I find bras so painful to wear.
