I have seen many Iyengar instructors in studios in Paris where i am living but it is only on internet, with this lady and two other "senior intermediate iyengar teachers" that i have seen such a level of proficiency. Anyway, and in this context, the method i am practicing is to start with Bikram so as to memorize a long and consistent yoga sequence and to correct the mistakes with such persons. Perhaps orignal, but for me satisfactory though not all (but the majority) of asanas chosen by Bikram are practiced with Iyengar :)

Good morning Miss Lerner, I have a question for you. First of all I must say I am great fan of yours. I have downloaded most of your yoga training videos. Now coming to my question, while doing uthita trikonasa which is my favourite pose, I feel a little pain in my left Achilles tendon. But I can do it perfectly on the right side. Please give me some advice on dealing with this problem.
