You explain things so well, nice and slow, nice and detailed...I like very much that you give lots of variations and explain the how and why to...Also very helpful to have the drawings super imposed, for alignment...lastly again very helpful to have all the benefits/contraindications given - Thank You sincerely from a teacher in Scotland xx

Is there heel to heel alignement here or not

Traditionally, we used to place heels in line with each other. However, if you are someone who find balancing difficult then, in that case, choose larger base of support, meaning keep more gap between the legs for support.
