Cardiovascular diseases/Heart diseases are taking estimated 17.9 million lives globally every year which make it to the top.
CVD group of diseases related to heart and blood vessels includes coronary heart diseases, hypertension, high blood pressure, blocked blood vessels and stroke.
Raised blood pressure, glucose, lipids, obesity and overweight shows the risk of Individuals for CVD. Sometimes it does not get diagnosed until one has heart attack, angina, stroke or heart failure.

I am experiencing palpitation, chest pain and shortness of breathing for the past few weeks. After doing the yoga as per your instructions, I am really feeling fresh and my palpitation, chest pain and breathing problem has reduced to some extent. i have anxiety disorders too! generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, panic attacks and etc. I can't take meds cuz first they are horrible for you and second they gave me stomach ulcers & h pylor & gerd..so i cant even take it even if I wanted too.

I am experiencing palpitation, anxiety, High BP,panick attack as a result of caffeine which i took.. After trying this, i feel better. I will try to do this every morning
