The blown 383 small-block Chevy-powered ’74 Jaguar XJ12 known as the Draguar is back! After it sat neglected for far too long, David Freiburger and Mike Finnegan have decided to put a new heart in the disabled Draguar in true Roadkill fashion.They are back in the Summit Racing Equipment parking lot in Sparks, Nevada-the site of their original extreme parking lot engine-swap fiasco from Episode 4 of Roadkill. And if giving the Draguar a new heart wasn’t enough, the guys also follow up on a lead to fill the void of the stolen Mazdarati. Will this nostalgia trip lead to a rebirth of mini truck greatness, or just more epic destruction of Summit’s pavement with unbelievable Draguar burnouts? Find out on this episode of Roadkill!

If it makes you guys feel any better, i lost a heater hose trying to make a sound clip of the new exhaust where you lost your blower belt, stopped in the same wideout to figure it out. I’m so confused at how it would still be able to run without the supercharger belt... like how does the air even still get into the cylinders? Wouldn’t it be to well sealed off?

The vacuum of the engine is enough to suck air through the supercharger, spinning the screws based on suction. It's not ideal, but it works.

no super charger belt the engine can still pull air threw the blower, the air passing threw the blower will spin it and still let the engine run.

As they mentioned here, when there's no boost the ignition timing and fueling are wrong which causes it to run bad. If you set it up good for NA and then engaged the boost, you'd blow it up because the fuel would auto-ignite with sudden pressure increase You couldn't simply switch it on and off like in the movie Also that's a supercharger
