Is the fact that even though the manager hadn't stickered it yet, the lady in blue probably THINKS she was right, when all you were trying to do is your job and be professional. @@bindingcurve There are ways to deal with situations. There was a miscommunication, but there was no need to be all hostile; ESPECIALLY if the tow trucker is being professional. And you're right, it is a good thing I'm not a tow truck driver because I would've taken a different approach when dealing with non sense like this. It's called common sense.

Holy cow wasn't she a little ray of sunshine. Not once were you rude but that didn't stop her. Glad it was all sorted without problems. Let's hope she goes and has a nap and wakes up smiling and not so darn rude. After working 17 years retail and 14 years in child care I can tell you that children are easier to work with 🚗🚐🚚⛽

I know exactly what you mean! This will be my second year of being closed due to Covid travel restrictions to my area for my type of seasonal business. I actually welcome the rest from all the loonies out there! Got really depressed having to deal with people who were irrational over something that was their fault. I then realized that EVERYONE having to deal with the public gets these same crazies and there are more every year. I know I am not alone, so it is easier to handle.

@@islandgal500 Wasn't her fault, Johnny did not have permission to tow. Been a couple of times that happened. I know the manager wanted to get rid of that car, but if it is tagged, insured and operational, her lease probably states it can be on property.

@@bindingcurve Was already going above and beyond but people would make mistakes and come to loudly complain to me that something was not working properly. I'd then gently explain where they went wrong and give them free use of the machine by putting in another batch of coins out of my pocket. No thank you to me for fixing their problem because there are a lot of people who will never blame themselves. Oh well. I'll be rested by next year.
