Hello to the channel and I hope everyone is well. This video here is just one example of how much conflict the property managers deal with. This manager here is a friend and business associate of the company I work for, if I would have left the property when the guy went into the office, I would have been leaving her to deal with this angry resident who would have been even more angry when I left with his car. If someone goes over the edge, I'd rather be there to handle any violent situations if they happen. That's just what i do. Thank you and Good Evening to all towtrucker family

The STATE requires the managers to keep the property clear of illegal and disabled cars. The STATE charges the property owners 1000.00 each car that is in violation. This entire excercize is driven by State laws. All fees are regulated by the STATE. Wth do you think would happen were it unregulated ? Blame the STATE not the propertu manager or the towing people. @@Bryan-Hensley no one really knows who pulled off the sticker but if the guy can say he has no money to pay it out and delays the tow truck driver from doing his job, it seems sort of in line with lying about not removing the sticker. Just some common sense. We're not in court. And really, some kid pulling it off? It's a reach. It is not in a place that a passer by would do it. Just common sense again. P.S. I really like it when a man has a clean shaven face. That is respect. I'd make him a sandwich.

Think about being pulled over and ticketed for an expired registration. There is no friendly reminder sticker, or office to call for more time there. I feel like stickers aside, that registration is still expired, therefore, Johnny is leaving with either the car, or $100.

I like how you had the manager's back by saying, "If she lets you go then it is unfair for the other four people that had their car towed today". He had a good story and he was sticking to it up to the time you stepped in and explained that viewpoint. He had such a sad story too. But he did have a credit card after all. I don't think he didn't get it. I think he was just repeating the same sad story to try and break the hearts of you and the manager. She sounded like she was ready to cave just to get rid of him, but you stepped in to save the day.

In the ten min that it took for all this to unfold, he could have been back at the yard, dropped the car off and headed to another car. Legally he could have just driven off with the car. This is the most patient and professional operator that I know of. I forgot to mention that he makes less money when he does a pay out. There is a special place in Heaven for you bro. Once I told the officer that is radar was reading low because I was going 5 MPH higher than what he clocked me at. He chuckled at me and said " I did not calibrate the radar this morning so I will let you go". ALWAYS tell the truth and you will be amazed at the love you receive in return.

Because that's all it is right? An assumption. That being said, I got a parking ticket a while back at a civic center. They have a baseball soccer and football fields. Inside there is a small gym and a few pools. You can imagine how busy the place is. The evening I got a ticket there was a blooddrive on top of it all. I caught the officer writing the ticket by my car. I told him I was allowed and he laughed. He said "you're allowed.. on the grass???!" The snow was covering the grass and there was a dip in the the curb for vehicles PLUS a P sigh. I told him all that calmly. Then told him it's no problem, you have a job to do im not going to stress your day out unnecessarily or make it longer out of respect. Please finish writing the ticket and I'll take it up in court. Long story short..guess who showed up in court with almost the exact pictures. The P sigh should've had an arrow pointing to begin the building. They were switched. The officer testified on my behalf. You know talking responsibility for our actions and in this case our non actions is part of life. There's no two ways about it. It's what divides a " kid" from a man. All the best and good luck with your life.

You did great dealing with that guy and his vehicle. I am also glad you stay around to back up that manager of that apartment complex. His native language might be mandarin listening to him talk to that other guy that is with him. I have a close family friend who is more like a sister to me who is an American who speaks mandarin. When I was growing up she lived with my parents and me for a year when she was teenager. There is long story there. But we formed a very close bond and she became more like a big sister to me.
