After all the state of FL. they want to execute Cruz and we have no evidence he did the shooting. Through a trial the evidence will come forth. Cruz, himself hasn't confessed to the public. All we have is the police saying he confessed but did he? Cruz wouldn't even put in a plea for himself. The judge had to plead not guilty on his behalf. This shooting incident has been so bizarre and the trial hasn't even begun.

It is traumatizing. When I was a little girl I went to my aunts for Thanksgiving. She lived in a house behind a small town shop called the Victoria..upstairs people lived..there was a concrete slab on the second floor for a patio. When we arrived at my aunts we got out of the car. There was a body 4 feet from me. He was face down and he had dark purple spots all over him. Evidently he fell off the patio in the middle of the night..hit a metal pole and it killed him. Ill never forget it even though I work in medical now and have several years and have seen numerous people passed..it just sticks with you and I feel for these kids. We also did call 911..tjeu made us kids stay in a back bedroom where the window was facing the opposite side of the house but I had already seen him by then

Intrinsity That's because the most upvoted comments are the people who know that it's real since most of the people watching this do have common sense and therefore all upvote these comments which makes it much harder to find the comments saying it's fake. In order to find these comments you'd have to either a) watch this video as it came out so that all comments would have a very low amount of upvotes and because of this inconsistency it would be easier to find the "fake" comments or b) filter comments by "new" rather than "top" comments.

What will washington do about it? Why not take care of the people in our local communities? Why not take responsibility for outcasting people? "I'm not surprised it was him... in fact everyone who knew him wasn't surprised it was him." Gun laws and background checks don't need changed. They need properly enforced. FBI need to get their shit together. All school shootings are local tragedies that the media turns into national problems. Maybe stop having active shooter drills. Doing so only invokes fear and helps prepare potential shooters in realizing their fantasy. And the media is out of control. I hate that one kid's victimhood took the lives of 17 others. But fucking wake up, people. Don't be dirtbags to the outcasts. Rather than training students to be prepared for active shooters, let's train them how to PREVENT each other from being assholes. Teach them mutual respect and social decency. If someone gets way out of line like Cruz, fucking make it clear to him in a sincere and compassionate way that he needs help and maybe BE that buddy who supports him. Fuck, no one is perfect! But the fact that we are relying on politicians in fucking Washington, D.C., makes it clear how lost we have become as a society. Do you really expect Donald Trump or Obama or Hillary will do a national tour to teach kids manners and how not to fucking lose their shit to the point where they want to "go viral" at the cost of their peers' lives and perhaps their own? We don't need more gun laws. We need to build back up the spirit of brotherhood and personal responsibility in our local communities.

Some people call it fake, because to them it’s easier to deny the truth, rather then accept it and take action. Thoughts and Prayers are not enough against guns and bullets. Gun restrictions and legislations are needed. To people who love your guns: if you defended our children like you defend your guns, there would be significantly less school shootings, and shootings in general. It’s ignorant to say gun control is the ultimate solution, but it is something. Even if a good person had a weapon too during a shooting, they too would be considered a threat by police, so it’s not safe for them either to have a weapon. Feel free to disagree with me, and propose some other methods or more perspectives in this debate.

droid4D because the strictest gun laws in the country aren’t enough. Being the healthiest person in the room doesn’t mean you don’t still have cancer, Janet.

@Droid4D because if the rest of the country has loose gun laws then criminals just get them from other states and smuggle them in. also its because chicago is pretty high populated and has an issue with gang violence.

Heres an idea, how about you STOP blaming people that own guns and defend the second amendment and START blaming the Govt that repeatedly releases violent criminals or let people like this shooter "through the cracks" ? Local and State Law Enforcement had MULTIPLE chances to lock up the shooter AND put his record of domestic violence into the Background Check system, which would have prevented him from buying the gun. THAT is where the blame lies

After a near-death experience of my own I can say that that thing traumatizes you. To watch Death in the eyes for the first time and realize how real it is is damn scary. Rip all the lives lost in this terrible tragedy. I know all they would want is to hug their family one more time. That's what I wanted when I thought I was going to die. Nothing else mattered.

It's absolutely mind blowing to me to read some of the comments by stupid people on this post. Probably most of them are adults. You should be ashamed of yourselves. These kids experienced something none of us ever will and however they are reacting and whatever words they use...who gives a fuck! They went through it, you did not. These are children.
@AlwaysontheBACKFOOT6 жыл бұрын
Jo Rae Di Menno these stopped being children when they told the whole country that their rights don't mean shit. So are the children or young adults capable of rewriting laws because you can't have both. Just because they are kids do not mean you have to listen and follow what they say. The use of children to push a political narrative is in fact why everyone says listen to the kids on tv. Used as pawns to gain more by saying, of they are kids and you have to listen to them or you are a baby killer. Fuck outa here.
@suspish22406 жыл бұрын
Tim Welch they are telling their side of the story. And what does abortion have anything to f****** do with this whole entire story. Your words disgust me and I can't even imagine what these kids went through. So if you don't want to hear their story then you don't have to listen to it but at least give some God damn respect for these poor kids. That's all you have to do is just give some respect. I cannot stand ignorant stupid people like you

EWE! It's actually called criticism. Obviously some people just can't handle what I like to call harsh criticism. I actually criticize those who because they don't actually understand the difference between real and fake things. This is real you believe what you want along with everyone else. If someone can't handle criticism oh well they will learn to deal with it one way or another.

yea that is an irrational fear. It makes no sense to go to school in fear every day, even if your life was really in danger. And if your life was REALLY in danger, there would be ACTUAL precautions put into action after these shootings....ever notice how nothing about your school structure changed after these shootings? The shootings were all a push for gun control and nothing else.

I'm nervous for school to start up again also. I'll pray for you. It's so tragic that students have to worry about this happening to them. Here's some tips. Always know where to go. Say your in class and your class room has a window. Your hear shots. Dart for the window and open it and jump out and run. Here's another scenario. Your In class and there's no windows. You hear shots from another classroom. Bolt out of the room and out the exit. If the teacher tells you to sit in the corner or hide in the room DONT LISTEN. If you sit in the corner and hide your basically a siting duck.

Hearing this is beyond heartbreaking. I cannot imagine what this young man or any of his classmates or the staff of the school went through that day and continue to go through. It's so sad that there's so much evil in this world and someone would inflict this type of pain onto anyone especially children. They are supposed to be enjoying school and making positive memories with their friends but instead they now have so much trauma to deal with and have to be scared that something like this could happen anywhere or to their children when they have them. I pray this world wakes up and the violence stops 🙏🏼 To all the Survivors I'm praying for you everyday and I'm sorry for what you had to go through. For the families of the victims I am so sorry for your loss. I will pray for all of you every time I pray as well. I will also pray for the victims and that they rest in peace. They are now safe and not in any pain or able to be harmed. But I'm sorry any of this happened at all in the first place. It weighs heavy on my hearts as well as many others.

I've realized that in most of these stories, the students are in Holocaust History. Two people died in that classroom. A friend of one of the girls said to hold up books in front of their faces after she pushed her friend away from danger, and another girl said "That's a smart idea." but the girl who thought of the idea died. Another girl hid under a dead body. Why is America like this?
