It's really nice to see someone making videos of REAL parkour. I was really fed up with the videos that went like: "oh look a wall, SPIN FLIP" "oh look a wall, SPIN FLIP" "oh look a wall, SPIN FLIP. turn around! SPIN FLIP again!" Glad to see someone else still sees the usefulness in parkour!

@Kaiparkour : No, not anymore. But they're still much harder to do with my arm being able to extend to 62 degrees only (instead of 90 degrees normally)-it will stay like that forever-, so I'm improving them very slowly!

We had some problems with weather, with cars parking at the wrong places, with people asking us to leave, with light changing all the time, with dog shit everywhere on the grass where I was supposed to roll on, with time...but nothing that would stop us! These were just some other obstacles to beat.

I stopped doing parkour about a year ago. But a couple days ago I decided to start back up again. There aren't any good spots where I live (which is why I stopped) but I guess I'll do my best.

Your technique is great, nothing to flashy, although you seem to use the safey tap rather then a roll whenever you are on concrete, which slows you down.
