I like this series because rather than including tricky flips and jumps that leave me saying "Man that was awesome, I wish I could do that..." -:( , it leaves me saying "Hey that was awesome and I can do that!" :D like, the moves are (mostly) basic but the way he uses them makes it look awesome!

oh one more thing which i forgot to mention, strength will help you overcome many shortcomings so also look at the training videos from Northern Parkour. Be aware that Le Vietnamien Volant probably has been doing Parkour for over 5 years so with determination you'll get there

If you haven't noticed in some places he's with different clothing. And he definetely took some breaks because there was only one guy shooting. But so what if he has taken some breaks?
