El Pinguruh There's a reason why David Belle had been training at least 15 years until he ventured near larger jumps and movements. Your musculoskeletal system and bone density takes years to adjust. Could you do this in a gym? Probably yes. Could your body cope outside of a gym. No.

This (and part 1) are without a doubt the best parkour videos on the internet. Yeah that's a bit presumptuous, but I haven't seen any other even remotely close to this. Pure parkour, great music (and self made!), speed, efficiency... everything movement is clean, precise and you never slow down. And what other video flows like this one does? This video is parkour incarnate. =P

I am 45 and i do parkour since i was 13... All i can tell you guys is to never do something you think or know you cant do even if someone else tells you can if u are not sure don't do it... Training everyday is important and of course psychal condition you have to do sit up and stuff like that every 2 days about 30 mins so you stay in shape. Never stop if someone laugh which happened to me when i started ignore them in 5 years they will have they mouth wide open and say how is he doing that. I drink, Smoked ciggs and weed alot i stoped with ciggs and alchohol along while i was training and i can say never smoke ciggs and drink since that will harm ur condition alot... Pot more less you can do it with your friends once a week but don't over do it. Eat healthy food a perfect breakfest would be : 4 Eggs, chicken meat but without fat only cooked about 300g and some salad and that everyday and in a year you will a machine trust me :) I like to help people with some tips and i hope you follow this if u need any more info write me in PM and ill gladly answer you :) Don't mind the fact i like to game since its something i did all my life. :D Last thing if you don't love parkor and you only do it for someone else to say heyy that awesome don't do it. Parkour represents freedom nobody can build a wall for us and say you can't cross it... we will always find a way to cross it and don't worry if u hurt yourself don't stop unless its something really bad since who gives up will never succes in life which i had to learn the hard way while you don't have to. Never give up and always keep going foward no matter what happens. I live in Bosnia where there are not alot of places for Parkour but i found mine and after years and years after i found a job now i travel the world and do parkour with friends and my brother and i can say my life is complete. Parkour is just good for you and remeber it's not importat if someone tells you something about it and i don't think i will change your life with this but maybe i will inspire you to go and do parkour and take it seriously and love it like i do. Love parkour and never overdo yourself... + Don't try the freerun shit i call it shit since it's for show only and to show other people some tricks and thats really dangerous... I once did a 4x flip and broke my back... and then i found out thats not what parkour is about... so i broke my leg jumping over a 8 meters wall and i went to the hospital and they fixed it after 5 months i couldnt dare to jump over it again but i finaly did it and i did it right this time and i was so happy about it i told myself you have a good life and live it untill the death and then say "Sigh i had a fully completed life" Just be happy everyone who reads this don't let anyone affect how you think or what you belive... you are everything you are yourself and be who you want to be. Parkour was something my life wouldn't be like this without it and i love it. I stoped alot of time do it because of personal things but all the time i see these kind of things on youtube i tell myself "Don't Stop what you love and you think is important to you" And i start from over again and belive me i do parkour every day or 2 since 1995 and i am really happy i did it and will do it 20 more years and i will teach alot of people how to do parkour as same as i did to you. Maybe i wrote too much but parkour and a litle thing you can't tell alot of it. :) Parkour is freedom, parkour is lifestyle, parkour is the best thing that ever happened in my life. have to mention i was a hippy when i started and today on i hate the world and govurment and they tryed to jail me more times than you can imagine for breaking something or trepeasing but don't let that affect you. You have your freedom and use it. "Don't Just go to school, find a job, girl, get a kid, work more and die thats not life thats something the world want's you to do and then you are not free" by Coldwind

***** Hey man that is one cool story! I've only recently started doing parkour, or rather, I'm more just at the stage of training myself up so that I can do it soon (ie learning how to roll, running to increase endurance, doing basic exercises to get in shape and watching vidoes like this to see how its done!) but yeah I find that really helpful, I don't know anybody else who does it and there are no groups who do it to my knowledge so I am a little on my own here, but yeah, I'm looking forwards to it!

Merci!
