RESEARCH: I took some time to research this. Caddo Lake is easy enough to find when doing research. Caddo Lake is a very real place you find on a map. But "Lake Takapa" or "Takapa Lake" as it is called in Season 4 Episode 10, it not found on a map of either Texas or Louisiana when I google it. I wonder if "Lake Takapa" or "Takapa Lake" was a fictional place that was used rather than Caddo Lake as a result of the people of Caddo Lake not appreciating the portrayal of their town in this episode of Dallas.
