Saw Mamma Mia on the Allure in 2016. Easily the best show we’ve ever seen on all of our 10 cruises. When the show started, I was thinking how can this live up to the movie & Meryl Streep. When it ended, I thought the show & actors were even better !

We do! Somehow we don't seem to be too affected by bedtime coffee, ha ha... plus we usually work for a couple of hours when we get back to the room, so it has a chance to simmer down, I suppose!! :P

We loved Mama Mia! on the Allure. I had been told that it was a Broadway-quality production by many people before-hand and was rather cynical about that. It actually is. Great performers! It's always sad to see the luggage in the hallway, knowing it's the end of the trip! :( This was a terrific vlog- love the shower thoughts! I'm looking forward to seeing where you both go next. I miss seeing the ocean on sea days. I believe that is the disadvantage of the huge ships with the boardwalk and Central Park… Great videos! I like the snorkelling in Saint Kitts. Question - did they have lemonade? When we were on there the week before you they ran out of lemons and told us there was a shortage of lemons and weren't able to get any. We had it up until they last couple of days.

Question for you. I’ve noticed that when you guys eat in the MD you always get a table for two. Every time I go on a cruise they put me and my wife with other people. Can you request a small table for two.

In these "Coronial Times" we've noticed they seem hesitant to sit us with folks we don't know, at least on the flexible dining which is what we always choose when we can. For the assigned time, things may be different. But yes, you should be able to request a table for two at the check-in station at the entrance to the dining room.

Cruises are wonderful, however all the food has calories ! For me B2B cruises = tight clothes...got to work on portion size & self control. Don't think I'm alone in this club.

There's a couple of reasons Sabor has been removed from ships. The food is mediocre at best and the place is never, ever busy. We've eaten there twice, once on I think Oasis and the last time on Harmony in early Dec. The food was just okay. On Harmony, my beans were brought out cold and I don't mean just cold, I mean like out of the refrigerator cold and my chicken for the tacos was just tepid and just okay tasting. The head waiter in charge was very apologetic, but he can't fix bad food. He did offer (several times) to buy us another meal. We said no to Sabor, but they ended up getting approval to buy us dinner in Izumi which was okay. We also ate in 150 Central Park and that was the best meal we've ever had on a cruise so that was great. We've cruised 30 times (mostly on Royal) so we've tried most of the specialty restaurants over the last 17 years and most just aren't as good as they originally were.

Agree. Been on 10 sailings on Oasis Class ships and Sabor has gone downhill. The best restaurant on Allure, in my opinion, is Samba Grill. Love that. Only ship that has it. Have done 150 Central Park in the past and it is very good as well. Izumi is also usually very good.
