Catering to snowmobilers, The Parson Lodge & Cabins has a large parking lot and a looping driveway, so you don’t have to back your trailer up. You can choose from 5 individual cabins, a chalet with 3 suites (including one with a kitchen), or the lodge with 6 individual guest rooms, all featuring en suite bathrooms.
You’ll love the timber frame style and the solid wood trims, furniture, and features throughout. Some rooms even have private decks with fantastic views of the Columbia River wetlands and the Selkirk Mountains. The cozy cabins are also timber frame, with some featuring soaker tubs, spacious seating areas, and wood-burning fireplaces.
A delicious breakfast is included with your stay, and the lodge offers plenty of common areas for relaxing or socializing. For larger groups, Parson Lodge & Cabins is an excellent choice for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, and other group events.
If you’re here for snowmobiling or other winter activities, you’ll appreciate the drying room for all your gear and clothing. After a day of riding, you can warm up in the hot cedar sauna. This property is in a fantastic location, offering lots of space, wonderful views, and convenient proximity to nearby amenities.
It’s only 1 km from the information booth where you pay your trail fee for Silent Pass and 1 km from the Parson General Store (Twig and Berry). The store offers diesel, propane, and premium high-octane fuel, as well as local information. You can also order meals like pizza, fish and chips, or burgers, and grab fast food items such as pizza by the slice, sausage rolls, and hot coffee. There’s even a fully licensed liquor store. The general store has everything you need-groceries, snacks, and supplies-so you don’t have to drive into town.
For non-snowmobilers in your group, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing in the Columbia wetlands, ice fishing, and visits to the nearby Radium Hot Springs Mineral Pools. For the adventurous, there’s even heli-skiing in the backcountry.
But we know you’re here for the snowmobiling! So, stay at Parson Lodge & Cabins, where “Sledders are Welcome.”
