Bob...I have a question...is it normal to not feel extremely better...i feel good but can't say I feel amazing as some people may say

@yoshioflores6118 yes nothing special here. Maybe less nappy but nothing significant. I've gained a little weight. I don't feel amazing and rested. Just kinda normal imo. But maybe that's what it is. Nothing significant. But a slightly better way of life. I here all these amazing things. I just dont fit into that category imo.

Public Service Announcement: heed their advice!!!. I set my original CPAP aside. A few years later I was diagnosed with arterial fibrillation. Cardiologist linked it to apnea. I just had surgery to correct the Afib.

Yup. Just hate it when an incorrect term is used so often it ends up being incorporated into the dictionary. "Incentivize" is the one I love to hate.
