Add a few more layers of rim tape will aid in setting the bead.

I have the 29x 2.25 CST Rock Hawk 27 tpi wire bead set up tube less on a 29" Ryde Trace 25mm rim on rear and a 29x 2.4 CST Ouster ESP 60 tpi folded bead tube less in front. You need to trim the rubber whiskers off the bead.

I thought cst rockhawks are not tubeless ready 🤔

There is a Tubeless variant of the Rockhawk but they have a "TLR" or something written to indicate that they are tubeless. This one on the video looks the same as the non Tubeless than the tubeless one. But hey, it worked for him Hopefully it does for me too

2 months after I replied here, It did not work out for me. My narrow rims that says TR didnt work so I bought a wider one which is Tubeless ready also, (from 21 inner to 30 inner width rim) i used the Rockhawk 27.5x2.4, it does not even hold air, I did many hacks from park tool and other youtubers but its seems I cant make mine tubeless.
