Here we have an old Kohler ch20 engine out of an old walker mower. The engine had no compression, and was covered in oil. This engine is in desperate need of a rebuild to get it back up and running! Can we rebuild it? Tune in to find out!

You never pull a hone out, not spinning. If u pull out stopped, u can put horizontal groves/scratches!

Well really it’s your first engine rebuild Go ahead and build it, if nothing else it’s a starting place and if it’s bad, ok you are learning, if it runs out ok Great Good one to learn on😊😊😊😊😊

the 0.25 is most likely mm which equals 0.010 overbore. so you should have 0.020 available.

I have a question. I have the same engine it leaks a lot of oil from the muffler. I replaced the head gasket and still does any clues

With that many hours I think I would replace valves and keepers Just saying and valves springs Would hate to drop a valve Don’t need the dam silicone period

Stick a fuel or vacuum hose on valve stem and turn it by hand or drill slowly, really slow
