(Part 2) Indie sensation Kevin Steen is one of WWE's top signings in 2014. Steen is preparing for his WWE NXT debut by training with top notch coaches at the state-of-the-art WWE Performance Center in Orlando. He is a good wrestler, a good family man and honest.

I've talked to Steen several times during his appearances in Chikara and he is absolutely someone who deserves to have great success in WWE. He's extremely humble, loves the business and very easy to chat with. This interview definitely captured who he is behind the character. And now that he's already been thrust into a feud with Zayne, we get to see the two of them work some magic right out of the gate :)

RSMario If someone doesn't make it in WWE, knowing what WWE is and how it operates these days, it's generally a two-way street. You can blame the company, but in that case, you also have to blame talent.

***** My only problem with that is it sacrifices your look in order to appear as a another member of the roster. WWE needs less conveyor belt talent so to speak in regards to how wrestlers are seen visually.

If Steen and Zayn had a choice what would you think they would do....Feud with each other the second Steen goes to NXT or become a Tag Team for a while in NXT and become that comedy/serious team like they were back in PWG and ROH?

They should do both. Like they did in ROH. ROH put them together because they knew they were amazing rivals, which in wrestling, like an unwritten law, almost always translates into the possibility of being an even greater team. They became that, they went incredibly over which is why when they split their rivalry was more amazing than ever before. They are natural rivals so in the end they will have to face each other, hoping WWE doesn't mess that up. But I truly believe they can make money out of Steen/Zayn rivalry on the mainstream.
