Very intuitive guys. Very. And ten years after makes no difference. Thanks.

Hey guys, is there a good reason that you don't use turnbuckles for adjusting the tension on the various cables?

Great work....But I see you arent right good with a spanner or adjustable, use a socket and i noticed that you pushed down in towards the concrete....OUCH! if the spanner slip`s.

Sebastian's comment that the back guy wires might snap had better be incorrect (It's more likely his lack of knowledge showing through again). If it's the case that erecting the tower could impart enough strain to cause the wire rope to part, it's far too small for the application. It's far more likely that a guy anchor could be shifted or attachment hardware deformed. You'd have to put one heck of a strain on your winch to get it to that point anyway, which would be a telltale that something is seriously wrong and you should stop. Bottom line - this sort of unscripted, off the cuff instruction by non-professionals is misleading and potentially dangerous to those thinking they're getting a complete and accurate set of instructions. Too much is missing or inaccurate. A better way to do this would be with a well written story-boarded shooting script and voice-overs. My advice is to pull these videos off line before someone gets hurt and sues the university.
