Well done! Can't wait to see what you will have next. If anyone is unclear, you only need go back to a previous video and each has rounds marked as to where to find a specific part of the blanket where you might have forgotten or gotten confused somehow. Fiber Spider, you couldn't have made it any clearer. Thank you for sharing. Happy Crochet everyone.

Thank you for making this, I can’t imagine the amount of work that’s gone into not just coming up with this pattern, but also making videos for it. You’ve been very thorough, and I love that you provide the “formula” for what you’re doing, too, so that we understand what to do if we wish to adapt the pattern. Like other people have suggested below, if you wanted to make a sixth video, maybe you could provide examples/suggestions of different borders (on small swatches). Can’t wait to see what else you’ll make!

You're the best! I have followed these 5 tutorials and am going to further complete it for a full size throw. Its a beautiful pattern and you make it so simple. Your voice calms me and I feel I know you and were great coffee drinking, chatty yarn freaks! Ha ha. I'm 59 years old and am rehabbing from a stroke, with my sister in Kansas City, MO, but live in Charleston, WV. I now have plenty of time to crochet, being bed bound,for once in my life. You and your videos help me to pass the time with happiness. You have made my life much better so please keep up the videos!

I'm a knitter who has never really tried strengthening her crochet skills. I've gone through this entire crochet along absolutely amazed by how easy it is to follow along to. Yeah, it's been five whole years since this was uploaded...better late than never, I guess. I'm making mine out of a blue ombre yarn and loving it❤ (this is the one "spider" that I'm not afraid/allergic to😂 and, I've saved these videos to a Playlist entitled: Fiber Spider spins his web. I may never go back to knitting.

I saw all of your virus blankets and shawl. I am currently doing the blanket it did look complicated but I watched the tutorial wrote pattern it is easy after you have done the first set. I am using the Red Heart Ombre Cocoa with a H hook just finished the first skein 22 rows. Oh yes I did do some oops. Do not crochet when you are tired. You are definitely a good teacher. You teach softly and clearly. My grandparents were called meme and pepe. JeannineACraftyLady

@smurfmama20205 жыл бұрын
I would suggest a written version of this. I tried to make it and while it’s beautiful, without numbers such as how many granny groups I’m supposed to have at the end of the 6th row, something is off and it’s coming out rather warped. Maybe I’m not such an advanced crocheted but some signposts of a count at the end of each row would help.

Fiber Spider, Your work is fabulous!!! Thank you so much for sharing. 2 Questions? Are you by any chance going to do a written pattern for a "rectangular granny square meets virus blanket pattern" I like to crochet when I travel, and for me paper, is better than voice because I get motion sickness! not good!! :-) Im surprised I can crochet while moving??? Thank you again for sharing your beautiful projects!

I am trying to do this with only 4 rows of granny (a little smaller for a baby blanket). Thought it would work since its an even number but I seem to come out a little short at the corner. Any advice how to fix this ?

I love this pattern. But it looks like for 3rd section of granny square stitches it needs to be 8 rounds in order to make the divisible by 11 amount necessary for continuing with the virus stitch. Can you please check on this Fiber Spider? And let us know. Otherwise, my blanket is coming out great and it is my favorite so far of any I have done. Thank you much!!
