I'm just gonna say that depending on how long she's been vegetarian this can get her sick (also depending on the body). I've been vegetarian for 4 1/2 years and if i even try a little bit of meat then I'm throwing up like crazy because my body isn't used to meat anymore, but then again my mom has been vegetarian for 18 years and if she tried meat then she'd just have a stomach ache. You should tell your wife to do some research on spinach. They're extremely high in oxalates, they lead to a variety of conditions. Consider prepping some liver in the freezer to get nutrients. It's got everything you need. You should technically be only eating a handful of spinach pretty much. It's really really high in oxalates.

People don’t eat just eat vegetarian or vegan to be ‘healthy’ not everything is vegetarian or vegan is healthy. Heck Oreos are vegan. Like people do this more or less to stop eating animals and hope their small act helps improve the world when they choose not to eat an animal or they choose this life style cause meat hurts their stomach. Many different reasons to be vegetarian or vegan aside from ‘healthy’. That can be a reason but isn’t just the only one.
