well its not so simple not pr rules changed,.... now its about stamp 4 and for stamp 4 u need to be from STEM...and have exp otherwise ireland is a fight trust me... u would have to comeback after doing part time work for 2 years post the degree... i m applying for candian pr now as my PGWP is expiring and trust me its tough ... dont be fooled take a wise call plz ...if u r from computer science background or from other specfic enginerring background then u can find jobs easily after experience and get CSEP permit and eventually stamp 4 nd citizenship..freshers and non engineering background studnets plz think twice before making the move.
