I just did mine … you were very helpful , but when you were taking out the fans it would have been better for you to push the fans towards the passenger side then raise the fans up and out without bending the trans lines … I did this with no worries 😊

I checked everything all the way down to the fan. The connector that snaps into the fan was getting 12 volts on both. But when I hooked a power supply 12 volt directly to fan, did not work at all, the other only worked one way. I think it was AC because one fan would come on when AC was turned on. Otherwise , no fan would turn. gonna change fans out tomorrow.

Kimberly Lily Hey I have 1 more question, when you replaced your fuse did your fan start working after that? Or did you have to also replace your fan also?

ItsDeashia Check for blown fuses first, which is an easy fix. Did you find the fuse video yet ?
@Kimberly1Lily4 жыл бұрын
ItsDeashia I had no blown fuses. So it's either the fans, temperature sensor, or cooling fan relay.

Kimberly Lily yes I found the video, my 40 amp fuse is blown. So first thing in the morning I will get a replacement 40 amp fuse. Hopefully it helps my problem😩

Kimberly Lily because for a few months now, my car has been overheating. It only overheats if I idle or if I drive my car for at least 2 hours. At first I thought I had a blown head gasket. But earlier today I noticed I haven’t been hearing my cooling fan cut on, because usually I’ll know when my cooling fan has kicked on, because it’s really loud, but it hasn’t been coming on. So hopefully this helps. I well let you know if it helps.
