Ramon, awesome/Brilliant and the way you attack the problem is excellent and thorough. SO the test light was on ground and u were able to control the fan from the relay as the pcm will do cheeeeeeers brotha.

j georges that is correct my friend. This relay is grounded by PCM and using test light connected to ground we can activate relay and turn on cooling fans in this case. Cheers 👍

gail Weiland yes is does. Different year can have different wiring diagram but operation of AC system is mostly the same.👍

phil holbrook this is Lisle relay tester. I just added wires to be able to identify my circuits. Pretty easy modification my friend.👍
