I have been doing internships at big contractor firms such as Shapoorji, Masters PMC, Simplex...the staff over there says that life is hell in India on basis of Work time and Pay. The max pay that a Project Manager can have in India maybe range in 1 lac to 1.5 lac and that too after many years of experience. So it's better to pursue your career in USA with better Pay, exposure and job time

I think a big point to consider here is, if we are repaying loan amount in 5 years or 8 years or even in 10 years, the salary will increase in those 10 years, too. If someone is paying 20-25% of his monthly salary in loan repayment, he/she will still pay the same percentage (or probably more) if their salary doubles in years.

Hi Parth, Very informative video But I have few comments to make:- Not all universities in the US follow Semester-Credit based fee system like the one you have mentioned. Most Universities in California follow Quarter system with fixed fees per quarter. Therefore, there's no way you can optimize your fee structure. Also, it's quite hard to do part time job on campus in a quarter system and do well in your courses.

@chinmaygondhalekar25915 жыл бұрын
Correction The interest and repayment calculation doesn't work like that That emi Cal is giving you 5 complete years of repayment from start whereas in Indian loans we start repayment after 2-2.5 years and for those starting years simple interest is added So your emi will be higher than what you showed there and we have to pay that loan back in around 3 years of our opt total duration is variable but depends on h1b so better if we aim for paying back loan in opt duration And loan is sanctioned for total amount but interest depends on how much of it you actually use so if you take only 20000$ in first year then interest will be charged on that only not whole 75000$
