Participation Awards

We are the last generation of Americans that grew up competing in a competence hierarchy to seeing that flip to “participation awards.”
If you’re young and you’re even just mildly competitive and able to channel that motivation into a consistent work ethic, you’re going to be way ahead of everyone else in your generational cohort.
I’m here to re-cultivate that spirit. It’s not just OK to want to beat and become better your peers. It’s the best thing you can do, in order to improve your life and the lives of the people you care about.

Hello Sir Geoffrey I'm Nelia Palis Alzona from Philippines ..I write u sir Geoffrey because I know you have a big heart for poor people especially for childrens need to go to school.. here in my community school here for grade 7 to grade 10 far away in our house ..the students need to commute to go to school and others have no money for transportation that why they did not to continue there studies..and not finish their school ..I write you for helping them to find person who can donate schools for grade 7 to grade 10 in my community ..I'm only a simple person I write lots of govt officials here in Phillipines but because I'm not great person nobody listen ..Please Sir Geoffrey ..can u please to find a good person who have a big heart for the youth and children here in my community..
